We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, email).
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:
Clearance or final sale items
Digital downloads or software (unless defective)
Gift cards
Perishable goods (if sold)
3. How to Initiate a Return

Order number
Item name & quantity
Reason for return
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping
Standard Returns: You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping if the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
We’ll inspect it and notify you within 3 business days.
If approved, we’ll refund your payment to the original method used for purchase.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your issuer.
Note: Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange:
Contact us after delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
You may be charged difference in price or return shipping.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage + packaging.
We’ll send a replacement or full refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they ship with no penalty.
If already shipped:
You must follow the return process above.
9. Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax will be refunded only if required by law.
